Return & Refund Policy
Sailor Plastics strives to ensure all our customers are 100% satisfied with their order. In our many years of business we understand that returns happen, and we are here to help. Sailor Plastics will accept returns within 30 days (from the date the customer received the merchandise) for unopened un damaged boxes of bottles, caps, and tubs. Due to FDA food safety regulations, Sailor Plastics cannot accept any opened cases or used bottles, caps, or tubs. Bags of caps cannot be accepted for return if the bag has been opened, cut, or replaced.
In the case of a wrong product shipped, product damaged due to shipping, or an incorrect quantity of bottles in an opened packaged can be accepted for return.
The customer will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item(s). Shipping costs are nonrefundable.
In the case of a wrong product shipped, product damaged due to shipping, or an incorrect quantity of bottles Sailor Plastics will cover the cost of the missing bottles and the shipping.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
