Sailor Plastics strives to ensure all our customers are 100% satisfied with their order.

In our many years of business we understand that returns happen, and we are here to help. Please find our return policy below, and don’t hesitate to reach out directly by calling (800) 380-7429 or filling out the online form below.

If you are just starting a return or belive your items were damaged in shipment, a Sailor Plastics customer service representative may request photos of the product and boxes. (if applicable) If you would like to expidite your return please have photos ready. 

Return

  • Sailor Plastics will accept returns within 30 days (from the date the customer received the merchandise) for unopened un damaged boxes of bottles, caps, and tubs.
  • Due to FDA food safety regulations, Sailor Plastics cannot accept any opened cases or used bottles, caps, or tubs.Bags of caps cannot be accepted for return if the bag has been opened, cut, or replaced.
  • In the case of a wrong product shipped, product damaged due to shipping, or an incorrect quantity of bottles in an opened packaged can be accepted for return.
  • If you belive your order was damaged in shipping, please take photographs of the entire shipment and the damaged recieved. If your product was damaged in shipping we may send a call tag to have the damage product shipped back at our expense. If this occurs your order will be reshipped within 24-48 hours. 

Return Shipping

  • The customer will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item(s). Shipping costs are non­refundable.
  • In the case of a wrong product shipped, product damaged due to shipping, or an incorrect quantity of bottles Sailor Plastics will cover the cost of the missing bottles and the shipping.

Refund

  • Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item.
  • After inspecting the item we will immediately notify you on the status of your refund . If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).
  • You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

Clearance Items

  • Any items marked as clearance, end of year sale, discontinued will not be accepted for return.
  • We will not be able to issue a refund, credit, or replace the clearance product with a different product.
  • Sailor Plastics reserves the right to modify, change, or update prices at anytime.
