Step 1: 

After you have selected a bottle style that you would like to purchase, select your cap style and add your bottle to your cart.

Step 2:

Your bottle selection is now in your cart. When viewing your bottle in your cart, there is a red “Design & Order Labels” button at the lower left hand corner, right underneath the picture of your bottle. Click on that button to be taken to our label maker tool.

Step 3:

In our label maker tool, you will see the outline of a blank label laying horizontally. Note: Our labels are designed to be attached to your bottle vertically. Make sure the “text” tab in the upper left hand corner is selected. Click on the “Upload Picture/Image” button directly under this tab. This will open a new window.

Step 4:

Click on the “choose files” link in this new window. After selected, this link will open up your computer’s files. Our image was made by our graphic artist. We suggest that you work with your graphic artist to create a label in the accepted formats. (See image below)

Step 5:

Find and select the image you will want to use. We are using a PDF file for our picture. After you have selected the design you wish to use, click on the “open” button on the lower right hand corner of the window.

Step 6:

Once you select the “open” button, you will see the image of your design pop up on the previous window. Use your mouse to click on your design’s image. This will open up a full sized view of your label design.

Step 7:

When looking at this new window, a yellow warning box may appear. It will tell you that a file adjustment may be needed. Disregard this warning and select the “Update Image” button in the lower right hand corner of the window.

Step 8:

Once you have selected the “Update Image” button, you will see the program insert your design in the blank label outline. Notice that the label is oriented to the side.

Step 9:

Using the scroll bar to the right of the label outline, pan down to the bottom of the window. You will see a “Cancel” and a “Next” button in the lower right hand corner. Click on the “Next” button. This will take you to a review page.

Step 10:

In this new window you will see the image of your completed label and a verification of approval.

Step 11:

Once again using the scroll bar to the right, scroll all the way down to the bottom of the new window. Here you will see a “Return to Design” button and an “Approve” button. If you want to make changes to your design, you can select the “Return to Design” button to return to the previous window. However, if you are ready to approve your design, select the “I accept and approve my artwork” box and click on the “Approve” button in the lower right hand corner. This is the final approval for your artwork, and your labels will be sent to print. As labels are a custom item, they are not eligible for refunds or returns.

Step 12:

Once you approve your design, you will be taken back to your cart. You will now see that your bottle and roll of labels are both in your cart.
