Orders received will be shipped on the next business day, If the item is not in stock or shipping information is incorrect, we will contact you promptly with expected ship dates.

Items will be shipped either by Spee Dee, where available or UPS. Items shipped via UPS will be shipped as OVERSIZE. Minimum charge for OVERSIZE boxes is for 58 pounds.

For Cap only orders call 1-800-380-7429 for freight charges.

For caps ordered with bear or bottles, caps will be sent in the box of product to save on shipping charges.

Bottles and jars made from PET plastic often get scratches and scuffs during shipping. Due to the nature of PET, it impossible to ship bottles without getting these markings. We have found that most of our customers can cover scratches and scuffs with labels and once filled with product, they become invisible. Please be advised that PET plastic is susceptible to these markings.
